Supply Lists
Welcome parents and families! We’re excited to kick off a new school year with your child. To help them start the year off strong, please make sure they have the supplies they will need.
Below are the supply lists for the 2026-2027 school year

*Backpacks and cell phones are NOT allowed to be carried during the school day.
*Backpacks and cell phones must be stored in lockers each morning.
Supplies for all subjects:
- Pencils and highlighters are necessary for every class every day
- Zipper or snap close pencil/pen case
- A pair of inexpensive corded headphones. The plug-in version is adequate. Air Pods can get lost and become distracting in class.
- Tissues. We welcome tissue donations throughout the school year. Between allergy season and cold/flu season, tissues are a necessity. Send a few boxes to your child’s homeroom teacher if you are able.
Homeroom teacher the first week of school:
- Supplies are shared to limit the number of materials students need to carry.
Science 6:
- Green plastic folder with pockets and colored pencils to be given to teachers the first week
Social Studies 6:
- Blue plastic folder with pockets
ELA 6:
- Yellow plastic folder with pockets
- Post it Notes
Math 6:
- Red plastic folder
- 1 spiral notebook (3-holed punched) of 1/4-inch grid paper
- 2 Expo markers and 2 rolls of tape
- Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS or Texas Instruments TI-30XS Multiview
Math 6ES
- Red plastic folder
- 2 spiral notebooks (3-holed punched) of 1/4-inch grid paper
- 2 Expo markers
- Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS or Texas Instruments TI-30XS Multiview
- 2 rolls of Scotch tape
Extended Studies: Two-pocket folder
World Language:
- Roll of tape to be given to teacher the first week
- Spanish 6: Purple plastic folder with pockets (and a composition notebook for Falter & Morgan only)
- French 6: Purple plastic folder with pockets
- German 6: Purple plastic folder with pockets Physical Education 6: Wear/bring sneakers on PE days
Quarter/Semester Classes
- FACS 6: Plastic folder with pockets
- General Music 6 (for students not enrolled in a performing group): Plastic folder with pockets
Please make sure your name is on the inside cover of all composition books, notebooks, folders, and pencil/pen case. Having the pocket folders hole punched and placed inside the binders helps your child keep organized.
Student Planner:
Every student receives a school assignment planner. Please do not buy your own. Students are expected to use this assignment planner for each class. This planner is designed specifically for TCMS to work effectively for all academic subjects. Teachers expect students to bring their planner to class every day. Parents and students should check the planner regularly for daily assignments as well as long-term projects. The planner also includes the Twelve Corners Middle School Code of Conduct and more general information about our middle school.
