Online Hate Reporting Form
How to report (Students and Families)
You can report concerns in two ways:
-
Use the reporting form linked on this site (below)
-
Speak with any teacher, counselor, or administrator.
Confidentiality note: The reporting form does not automatically collect your name/email unless you choose to provide it. Please note that anonymous submissions will not receive direct follow-up, though the incident will be addressed.
What happens after a report is made
Here’s what you can expect after you report:
-
An administrator reviews the report within 24 hours.
-
If it involves a potential hate incident or a major disruption, the TCMS triage process is used to investigate what happened.
-
Families of involved students are contacted early in the process. (Note, this is only possible if the submission is not anonymous.)
-
The school shares a summary of next steps or educational actions taken when appropriate (while respecting privacy laws). (Note, this is only possible if the submission is not anonymous.)
Possible outcomes (support + learning + accountability)
Depending on what occurred, responses may include:
-
Educational/restorative actions (reflection, facilitated conversations, lessons about inclusive language and digital citizenship).
-
Supportive actions (counseling, mediation, community-building).
-
Disciplinary actions if the behavior violates the Code of Conduct (severity-dependent).
