3-PASSES WILL BE IN SOMETIME DURING THE WEEK OF 12/16Mr.Falter will hand out the passes during the lunch periods. The exact day is unknown yet as it depends when he receives the passes in the mail from Bristol Mt.

Dear Parents and Students,

The TCMS Ski & Snowboard club will be offering six(6) trips to Bristol Mountain for the 2025 Ski and Snowboard season. The bus will depart from the TCMS bus loop on the Monroe Ave side of the school at 7:30am sharp. We will return to TCMS at 3:30pm. The dates of the six(6) trips are:

January 4

January 11

January 18

January 25

February 1

February 8

February 15 – Rain date only

Even though the TCMS 'club' provides six(6) trips to Bristol Mountain, all passes purchased through our club are valid EVERY Saturday of the season. Therefore, after our February 8 trip, all passes are still valid on the remaining Saturdays. Families, however, would need to provide their own transportation at this point.

We have reserved two luxury charter buses that have 50 seats each available(100 total).  With many things these days, the cost of the bus has increased. The cost for a seat on this season's 2025 bus is $180 per student, or parents can choose to drive their child to Bristol. However, if your child takes alternative transportation to Bristol Mountain, BCSD or its employees are not responsible for your child while he/she is at Bristol Mountain. If your son/daughter were to get injured (and he/she didn’t ride the school’s bus) parents would have to be on site at Bristol Mountain to tend to him/her rather than the ski club chaperones.

These seats are sold on a first come-first served basis. Unlike the 'passes & rentals', you pay TCMS for the seat on the bus, not Bristol Mt. Checks are payable to 'TCMS Ski Club' and can be given to Mr. Falter in room 431 starting October 2 to secure your transportation to Bristol Mountain. Don't wait. Bus seats sell out every year in just a few weeks (or less!).

The Brighton School District is not responsible for the supervision/care of any students who do not purchase a seat and who do not ride the TCMS ski club bus to Bristol Mountain on Saturdays.

We will have 2 meetings:

Meeting #1 is for students only held during school in the auditorium during WIN on Monday, September 30.

Meeting #2 will be a Zoom meeting for parents on Tuesday, October 1 at 7:30pm. The link to the Zoom meeting can be found below. Meeting #2 is intended for families who are NEW to the club that would like to hear more about the club and have questions.  If your child has already participated in the TCMS ski club in the past and you’re familiar with how the club works and how to purchase a pass through the Bristol website, you do NOT need to attend this Zoom. The Zoom link is listed below.
