Updates:

• 1/26/24: TCMS Ski Club is NOT canceled. We will head to Bristol as scheduled.

• 1/15/24: The Jan 6 Ski Club has been rescheduled to Feb 17. Check your Parent Square messages for more info. The Jan 10 date will not be made up. 

• 1/2/24: Ski Club is canceled for Saturday, January 6 due to the lack of snow and open terrain at Bristol Mountain for beginners. It has been rescheduled for February 17, 2024. Please mark your calendars. 

• 12/11: Passes are in. Students can pick up their pass from Mr. Falter in room 431 during Homeroom or WIN (not when he's teaching during the day).

• 12/1: Ski club registration is CLOSED. Both buses are FULL as well.

• 11/14: November 30 is the last day to sign up for the TCMS Ski Club. All passes must be bought by midnight, November 30. November 30th is also the last day to purchase a seat on our bus as well.

Dear Parents and Students, 

The TCMS Ski & Snowboard club will be offering six(6) trips to Bristol Mountain for the 2024 Ski and Snowboard season. The bus will depart from the TCMS bus loop on the Monroe Ave side of the school at 7:30am sharp. We will return to TCMS at 3:30pm. The dates of the six(6) trips are:

Saturday, January 6 (postponed to 1/17)

Saturday, January 13(Canceled. Will not be rescheduled)

Saturday, January 20

Saturday, January 27

Saturday, February 3

Saturday, February 10

Saturday, February 17 (make up date from 1/6)

Even though the TCMS 'club' provides six(6) trips to Bristol Mountain, all passes purchased through our club are valid EVERY Saturday of the season. Therefore, after our February 10 trip, all passes are still valid on the remaining Saturdays. Families, however, would need to provide their own transportation at this point. 

Parents can drive their child(ren) to Bristol for FREE or we have reserved two luxury charter buses that have 50 seats each available(100 total). The bus company has raised their pricing 28% compared with last year's pricing. Anticipated cost for a seat on this season's 2024 bus is going to be in the $140 range. These seats are sold on a first come-first served basis. Unlike the 'passes & rentals', you pay TCMS for the seat on the bus, not Bristol Mt. Checks are payable to 'TCMS Ski Club' and can be given to Mr. Falter in room 431 starting October 4 to secure your transportation to Bristol Mountain. Don't wait. Bus seats sell out every year in just a few weeks (or less!).

The Brighton School District is not responsible for the supervision/care of any students who do not purchase a seat and who do not ride the TCMS ski club bus to Bristol Mountain on Saturdays. 

We will have 2 meetings:

Meeting #1 is for students only held during school in the auditorium during WIN on Thursday, September 28. Interested students must request a WIN pass from either Mr. Falter or Mr. Ogden BEFOREHAND using the new 'e-hall' pass program on their tablets. If you don't get a pass, you cannot attend this particular meeting.

Meeting #2 will be a Zoom meeting for parents on Tuesday, October 3 at 7:30pm. The link to the Zoom meeting can be found below. Meeting #2 is intended for families who are NEW to the club that would like to hear more about the club and have questions.  If your child has already participated in the TCMS ski club in the past and you’re familiar with how the club works and how to purchase a pass through the Bristol website, you do NOT need to attend this Zoom.
