Please Submit a Transportation Form by May 16 if Using Day Care or if Opting Out of Transportation

Transportation for K-8 students is set up each year to and from school using your home address.

Each school year, a transportation form is required ONLY:

If your child will have a pick-up or drop off location other than home (day care, sitter, etc.) OR
If you will be transporting your child a.m., p.m. or both

Otherwise, no form is required.

FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 16 in preparation of bus routes for the upcoming school year. The form is available by clicking here.

Send the completed form to the Transportation Department at bcsd_transportation@bcsd.org. Or you can mail or deliver it to 2035 Monroe Ave., Rochester, NY 14618 or fax it to 585-242-5098.
